Bio

Dr. Shari van de Pol is the founder and CEO of CATTLEytics Inc, one of Canada’s leading dairy and cattle technology companies. As both a computer engineer and a large animal veterinarian she leads a team that innovates on the forefront of the agri-tech sector providing hardware, software, and data analytics solutions in agriculture, impacting not only small family farms, but also providing services for large global agricultural technology companies such as TELUS Agriculture. CATTLEytics Inc has received numerous awards and large-scale grants including being a recipient of the CAAIN open funding call, being recognized as one of the top 7 agri-tech companies in Canada, winning the Tech for Good award and entrepreneur of the year award from WCT. CATTLEytics’ new dairy platform helps farmers gather value from their data, make better on-farm decisions and helps with staff task management and scheduling.
