Cole Baker

Cole Baker is a Senior Trade Officer for the Indo-Pacific region with Alberta’s Ministry of Jobs, Economy and Trade. She has led trade missions and developed sector-specific programs, helping Alberta-based companies in energy, clean tech, ICT, aviation, logistics, defence, and life sciences expand into Indo-Pacific markets. Her research interests focus on economic analysis and trade policy, particularly navigating emerging market dynamics amid global demand. Cole holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business, focusing on Asian markets, from MacEwan University. She has previously held policy roles in both government and industry, deepening their understanding of policy and international trade.
