Emily Tsui

Emily Tsui is a Legal Officer/Foreign Service Officer at Global Affairs Canada. She works on international criminal, security, and diplomatic law matters. Previously, she practiced as a corporate lawyer and worked on cross-border capital markets matters at the Toronto office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, a New York-based international law firm. She graduated from the University of Toronto’s JD/Master of Global Affairs program, where she completed an internship at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in Singapore and was president of the China Law Group. She speaks English and French.
